Prominently located on Leningradskoye Shosse, the project provides a new shopping and office
address for the city. ‘Metropolis’ has been designed as a hierarchy of spaces from the main Grand Plaza
connecting by steps to the semi-private office concourse and garden; a meeting place for the three office
buildings and the 145 000 sqm retail, leisure and entertainment complex.
