A solid and massive volume, made of GRC pannel will contain the kindergarden. This skin will be intersected by three transparent boxes, used as classrooms and opened to the exterior sea views. The massive facade will be perforated following the same language of the transparent part. The higher positions around the building make the roof should be treated as the facade, with the same importance as the other ones.

The kindergarden is divided in two different areas: the entrance-administration part and the children area. The first one works with a small scale and more close, just the opposite of the classrooms.

A playground between the building and the street  open the kids to interact with the people passing on the exterior pedestrian paths having a permeable fence made by vertical and round steel tubes.
