It was one of my college project. The main idea of assignment was to improve quality of life for  low income population in Red  Hook area. I decided to provide community center with multiple program:

- theater, cafe , day care center, dancing and art classes.

By playing with rectangular forms I wanted to have some dynamic for the building.
