5009 Roswell is a 36,000sf office block raised on pilotis for parking access. The former 50s apartment block site was reorganized to offer class A space in a suburban light commercial zone. The owner requested a contemporary ribbon form softened with brick and transparent low-e glass. The high lobby opens up to the high traffic thoroughfare inviting a short flight up the office flats above.
