• Townhouse listed on the Brooklyn Landmarks Preservation Commission.
• Project scope included: restoration of the entire 100+ year old brownstone, extensive excavation in the cellar to create a new wine storage room, intricate wood detailing to match existing paneling and carvings, new mechanical/structural/plumbing and electrical systems throughout, new museum quality lighting and garden attached to rear carriage house.
•  Attended all bi-weekly construction site meetings for 14 months of the construction phase and assisted contractor with RFI’s and final punch list.
