• Upper East Side townhouse development and LEED project.
• Project scope included: Complete gut renovation of existing 5,000SF townhouse with an additional 1,200SF rear extension, new penthouse addition, new elevator, new radiant heat throughout structure, water collection system, new cast stone and brick facade, new open staircase, new mechanical/structural/plumbing and electrical systems throughout and cellar excavation including underpinning.
• Worked closely with Steven Winter Associates to obtain first ‘LEED for Homes’ Gold rated single-family residence in Manhattan.
