• Carriage house listed on the Brooklyn Landmarks Preservation Commission.
• Project scope included: gut renovation of entire building, extensive façade restoration, new green roof and new mechanical/structural/plumbing and electrical systems throughout.
• Responsibilities included: Attendance at all design meetings, review of shop drawings and RFI’s. Production responsibilities included: all schematic drawings, construction documents, DOB and Landmark filings and updated drawings.  Attended all weekly construction site meetings for five months and assisted contractor with RFI’s on-site throughout meetings. Often visited the site during unscheduled meetings to assist the contractor with necessary information.
