My role as Senior Project Manager:

• Responsible for Corporate Architect management on simultaneous projects between Administration, Owner's Representatives, Construction Manager, and Architect of Record (Cannon Design)
• Managed ARRAY's Philadelphia-based design team and Cleveland-based production team to ensure integration of design and contract documents with Cannon Design while meeting time schedule milestones and in-house project budget.
• PM for SD and DD Phase design of Surgical, Imaging, and Clinical Labs, and Interior Design.
• Conducted QA/QC Peer-Reviews for design, constructablity, and code compliance after SD and DD Phases.
• Negotiated additional services for local Construction Administration.
