Design and construction supervision of the renovation of a 50 sq.m. apartment, to meet the needs and requirements of a young couple.

The apartment originally was in a very bad condition and very old. All interior walls were taken down and the whole apartment was re-designed to meet contemporary requirements and create an open plan kitchen and living room area.

In addition to the above, the verandah was re-designed in such a way, as to constitute a continuation of the interior outwards.
