How we view thus experience our surroundings is vital to the growth of any region. Time is a universal factory that is applied to all aspects of life and affects certain materials at varying rates. This contrast in time can be directly related to buildings level of occupation and circulation. A terminal is a facility that shelters both a temporary audience (public) and a more permanent one (staff). Both circulation types influence each other and it is important to not completely separate the two. The Structure of the terminal is applied to this contrasting method of thinking.
