Abstract :
Time is short; human beings are now living in the most unique momentum of their entire history. We are witnessing instantaneous improvement “decoding “of knowledge in parallel with devastating consequences of our race dissemination. We are in the end pulse of modern era & we are going to establish new platforms with the help of emergent technologies. The most important thing would be how we are going to get the most benefits of these new tools that we have created & maintain the connectivity of this networks that we have instituted. “It is not the amount of knowledge that makes a brain. It is not even the distribution of knowledge. It is the interconnectedness.” James Gleick.
Hyper Forum – Interactive Urbanism [17]
It’s a Master plan project, it can be defined under category of Future-Smart-Vertical Cities, in which not only the individual building/s (Cells – Infrastructures) are shaped in parametric rules in every possible scale, but also they could interact with each other, they grow, divide, merge and finally optimize themselves against any changes through time according to the inputs which can vary from human scale up to urban scale, creating an intelligence environment. This learning system creates a dynamic environment in which the users/citizen could constantly reshape their own ideal way of living and as for the height concern; all the architectural human standards will transform to m3 i.e. Human should have access to green zone within every 15 m3 not m2 . However in this city there are certain rules-restrictions which architects its own shape; one of the most advanced feature in this city is the Sky line optimization by Gaussian Curve Law, which means the city allows to have flexible skyline depending on the input parameters, that might require different changes in horizontal & vertical; These input factors could be mainly classified as:
1. Real Time - Human Population / Density (Long Term Inhabitant- Temporary Inhabitant)
2. Geographic Location of the Cell-Infrastructures
3. Mobility – Transportation
4. Natural Resources
5. Energy Production
Second most advanced feature of this design¬¬, is the Optimization at every level. Normally when we see tall buildings, we will be afraid of being lost in this huge, gigantic jungle of tall buildings, so in order to lessen this complexity by the help of WWW & local servers, the users (either residents or visitors) could have the capability to access to city both physically & virtually via Internet or any other virtual medium. They could live physically or virtually simulate living condition. It will be an embryonic format of society in which the user could actually interact/live in both physical & virtual world via an interface which is in one side are humans & the other side is city. That You can reserve a penthouse at level 156 on of the tallest building for 5 hours in 10 seconds & then virtually invite all your friends & give them all the access codes, GPS location & all the necessary data & then enjoy your party. You can also manage your commute in this city according to your preferences, in which the input factors would be time, visiting places, your level & cell-Infrastructures.
And finally, the last feature of this city would be the Internal Deformations in the Infrastructures & the External Connections between Cells-Infrastructures at different height levels with respect to the real time data collected by local sensors and archived at local servers so that if the Internet connection is corrupted the system can self-organize itself. Since the users-human can make changes at real time, through this triangular interactivity loop which is humans – virtual world – physical world, the system give the best alternatives to any request.
