LOT II, is a project designed with the possibility to receive hadicapped people in the 100% of its spaces. The building has in the first floor, mainly commercial spaces, a bakery, a butcher shop, a pharmacy, a convenience store and offices. Everything has been thought for give a service to the inhabitants and neighbors, making the complex a meeting point.

The total area  over five floors is almost 60,000 sq ft. Three floors are just for apartments and only the first floor is for stores and offices, also there are a basement floor for parking.
