The Batarelle is a housing complex with 52 apartments, including apartments with the possibility to be occupied by handicapped people. The total was 96,000 sq ft and 41,500 sq ft of living space.

This was a new project and the work was to created all the Architecture and Landscape, my main responsibility was to create the permit pack, which mean the 3D work, the proposal of the colors based on the local construction code and to work side by side with the team over all the final architectural plans and perpectives.

The project  is located at South France, in the second largest city in population in France, Marseille and the third largest Metropolitan area after Paris and Lyon.
