The VIP Building is located at one Entrance to the KAPSARC COMPLEX. The roof design is taking inspiration from the triangular geometry that leave inside a simple rectangulare building. This project has been designed in collaboration with the Zaha Hadid Studio in UK that was the Concept Designer of the entire futurisitc city.

Located outside the main city of Riyadh, the building function is mainly a meeting centre for the Royal family (and VIP's) that inside the congress room will be periodically informed and updated about the main researches and goals achieved by the scientific committee.
