Diffusion is a marine animal hospital / aquarium hybrid center. The structure considers the land / water edge condition of the site and diffuses the two through water to surface relationships on the interior. Angled strips are the device used to create / diffuse natural lighting, exhibit viewing, seating, and stairs. The entire structure is a diffusion of surface, water, structure, light, land, and space.
