Custom residence located on a flat site which extends out towards generous mountain views to the south and west while incorporating interior and exterior spaces through the use of appropriately placed openings and native landscaping and boulders.  Construction materials utilized include board formed concrete walls, masonry block walls, exposed steel columns and beams, Ipe wood siding and decking, exposed aggregate concrete floors, metal fascias, and stucco walls.  Simplicity in overall design allowed for the residence to feature custom detailing throughout which gives an one of a kind appearance inside and out.
