This housing complex, located at the site of the old Ithaca gun factory in Ithaca, New York, is derived from zome tool geometry and modulates based on a rhombus unit. The community is a collection of semi-public exterior spaces that punctuate the building’s circulation, including a walking roof garden. The live/work unit is designed with myself as client.
