Perkins+Will scope includes design of building envelope, core, interior public spaces and design intent of site landscape. Perkins+Will contracted for concept though construction administration. IPD approach with a design-assist design-build collaboration plan. Entire project is 500,000 sq ft GFA. Construction to be complete in 2017.
