This project is an integration of architecture with systems design.  The structure, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems all play an integral part in the function of this building as a sustainable design.  The basis and standard of sustainability for this project is the Living Building Challenge.  All seven petals of this challenge are taken into account; they are site, water, energy, health, materials, equity and beauty.
