Built in the 1930's as a WPA project, the bathhouse had no drawings and required a complete assessment of existing conditions.  In the process of measurements, the building revealed unusual construction methods and unusual conditions.  The client wanted to expand the historic building and update services.  The 3D model provided unique insight and visualization for the client and the designers.
