As an expansion to the present established local resort at Tropicana, Tom contributed to the design and provided team management for this 1,805,000 s.f. Themed Retail, Dining, and Entertainment Facility.   This project included a 500 room hotel, 2400 car parking garage above 372,000 SF of themed retail shops and mall with diversified dining/entertainment, and meeting facilities.   In addition, pedestrian and vehicular bridges were added to link the facility with the existing casino and parking garage.   Renovations to their existing facilities were also designed to complement their new expansion.

The estimated construction cost for this entire facility is approximately $480,000,000.
