A $2 billion joint venture comprised of SOSH, Architectonica, and BLT Architects. In charge of managing the architectural design and construction documentation for two high-rise hotel towers (condition of economy limited construction to one tower). Choreographed all disciplines for project scope and all other adjacent building components. Completed documentation four months ahead of schedule, providing extra time for project review, coordination and extensive quality control, allowing construction to proceed with minimal questions and issues.
