In the southern bible belt of USA, Isle of Capri Casinos determined to expand their investments in the casino district of Tunica Mississippi.  Tom designed and managed the project team for this facility at an existing casino property previously owned by Harrah’s.   This new facility included the renovation to the existing casino barge and main pavilion building, which offered a Calypsos Buffet, Farraddy’s Restaurant, and Administrative Offices.   The new expansion incorporated a 300 room hotel tower with top level luxury suites, a 1200 seat State-Of-The-Art Theater Complex including an 800 seat entertainment facility with diverse dining experiences.

The estimated construction cost for the entire development is approximately $43,000,000.
