At the end of the entrance corridor leading into Atlantic City, Tom designed and managed the project team for a grand expansion to the existing Caesars Casino Hotel.   A 3,200 car parking garage towering 11 stories matched the height of their existing parking garage facility.   This project, expanding equal in length to the existing, enabled this facility to present its dominance over many other properties and established itself as a landmark at the front door into Atlantic City.   This project, connecting two city blocks, includes connecting pedestrian and vehicular bridges to the existing parking garage, Wild Wild West Casino, Caesars Casino, and the Atlantic City Medical Center.
