Situated in the East end of Glasgow, the building is facing the main square and becomes significant viewpoint when arriving from the train station. It is located on the junction of two main pedestrians pathways, which encourages the ground floor to be used as a studio or commercial spaces. 17 flats, from which 3 maisonettes, 4studio flats and 10 two bedrooms flats have access to the public roof garden. Maisonettes have private roof terraces.
