Bank Branch in Ponsacco

The project in object is a project for placing a bank

branch at the ground floor of an existing building in

Ponsacco (Pisa).

The building is on two levels: one out the ground,

one underground, with a total surface of about 400

square metres.

At the ground floor there is a big hall with four counter

and advisory services workstation for customers

behind which there are an archive and other administrative

offices. At the same floor there are branch

directional bureau, a meeting room and two services

offices.

The underground floor houses technical rooms, a

caveau and few other offices.

Vertical communications between floors is provided

by a stair entirely coated in ceramic mosaic by

Appiani.

The wooden back-office wall looks like a patchwork

of red, blue, yellow and green rectangular areas that

are mounted on the white board made of laminates

by Abet. Each one maybe wardrobe door, wooden

panel, frame or drawer.
