These are the schematic design & bid proposal drawings submitted to the Troy Housing Development Corporation in response to an RFP to develop (4) new single family Low-Income Housing units within the City of Troy. This proposal resulted in a contract award but was scrapped due to the economic recession and budgetary cuts within the City of Troy. In 2010 the project was re-bid and awarded to another design-build team under a second RFP but using a variation of my original design.
