Seattle, Washington (2001 - 2003)

• Worked with inter-disciplinary design and production team to design and construct a 32-floor high-rise condominium mixed-use project in an historic terra cotta Renaissance structure built in 1906.
• Teamed with preservationists to retrofit existing terra cotta walls and teak framed windows for retail use.
• Designed and detailed interior condominium units, theater, club floor, and lobby.
• Worked with metal workers and historians to replicate an historic pergola structure that used to stand on the site.
