WESLEY HEIGHTS / SHELTON CT
Wesley Heights Middle Court located in Shelton, CT is a senior living apartment complex that converted 94 units to assisted living in order to accomodate their existing aging-in-place residents. Two building additions provided common facilities for multi-purpose activity rooms along with a new building entrance to accomodate accessibility and clarify space requirements and circulation. This 60,000 sq ft project was executed over three phases corresponding to three U.S. Department Housing and Urban Development Grant. Major components of scope of work included:
