In this project, designers were requested to create a design for a Florentine Hotel located in the heart of Florence. Palazzo Strozzi is an old Palazzo with a lounge and bar located on the first two floors. As students we were told to design the upper three floors of the same space in a minimalist style in order to remind those staying there that they are in the heart of Florence without using any particularly Florentine sculptures or art pieces.
