A Greenhouse as both a program and an architectural typology was required. Throughout history, people have used greenhouses of varying configurations to extend the growing season of plants, or to replicate the climate of a different part of the world. This project questions the typical historical application of greenhouses, at least at an operational level, the specific characteristics and needs of various plant life. The project takes place on a residential neighborhood on the west side of Las Vegas, Nevada.
