Leasing Office and Community Center for an apartment complex adjacent to the Larkspur Ferry.  This was an extensive remodel, and addition of a second level, onto an existing building.  The structure was completely gutted, when unfortunately the project was halted and left exposed to the weather for over two years.  While working at Ferrari Moe LLP, I was responsible for bringing the project and the building back to life, on a very tight budget and timeline.
