The current plan is to build an intermodal transit center near the corner of Railroad Street and Sweet Avenue on the University of Idaho campus. The proposed transit center would serve as operational headquarters for Moscow Valley Transit (MVT), accommodate overnight storage for transit vehicles, and provide administrative offices for the University of Idaho Parking and Transportation Services. The transit center is also proposed to serve as the intermodal transit hub: the central location for transit vehicle layovers and timed passenger transfers.
