Archi - KOLLAGE / Multifunctional Space

Design is derived as idea of city on the river. Images of the city as something that should be cultural spectacle. The facilty is an instrument of cultural idustries that participate on restructuring and regulating the daily lifes of local people and others in it.

Complex combines: Public space, Hotel, Conference hall, art galeries, workshops, exibit space, caffes and bars, restaurants and new city beach, into unified structure.
