The client - Chicago company Barrett Homes - requested photorealistic renderings and a walk-through animation that would improve marketing of this property 1432 W. School St., Chicago, IL. In order to provide the highest and most accurate level of detailing I took thorough measurements of the mill work, casework and all possible details from a similar house of Barrett Homes. My work resulted in numerous renderings of every room of this house and three-minute long animation providing a visual tour of three floors of this house. In my opinion, a good walk-through animation is one of the best tools to advertise architectural projects, especially residential ones.
