The continuation of Phases Two and One, Phase Three consisted of administration offices, kindergarten and preschool classrooms, music room, library and media center, cafeteria and full service kitchen, gymnasium, play courts and service yard with a maintenance building.  The project was completed in the Spanish Mission Style, in keeping with the surrounding community’s wishes.  Upon completion, all three phases totaled 84,545-sf, with Phase Three at 34,062-sf.  Project professional services performed at Orcutt | Winslow
