Final Year Project for the Architecture University of Seville. It is the rehabilitation of an historic building in the downtown, and its transformation in a University Dormitory for Fine Arts Students. It can be used like a student and residents – management exposition hall: It has all the facilities, an auditorium, a big terrace for presentations and parties, and a refectory.
