Challenge: Given a programming document outlining the needs for each department of a 35,000 sq ft high-end department store in Los Angeles, develop an evidence-based, accessible schematic design.

Design Concept: Since the ghosts of high fashion continue to weave their way in and out of history, ostentatious French Rococo fashion and design motifs will be stripped down to their core elements in whites, grays and silvers to serve as the backdrop for the current trends.
