The new headquarter for the Coachella Valley Water District is a two-story masonry and steel structure with surface parking on a 5.84 acres site.

The new facility features a Board Room, Education Center, Training Rooms and office spaces for 108 employees who had relocated to this building from the former headquarter facility in the City of Coachella.
