Responsibilities:

-Extensively researched FF&E (durability, accessibility, lead time, sustainability, application)
-Worked predominantly on AutoCAD (Furniture layouts, Electrical Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Furniture & Millwork Design, Elevations, and Room Typing)
-Rendered perspectives for initial and final bids
-Created itemized matrices of quantities for hotel purchasing agent (drapery, furniture, accessories).
-Wrote specifications for all accessories, artwork, furniture, drapery, and materials
-Worked intimately with project managers, purchasing agents, fabricators, reps, general contractors, lighting & signage consultants’ architects, and clients
-Created presentation boards and wrote oral presentations for the design proposals
-Oversaw work on job site (weekly walk thru of floors under construction) with project manager and general contractor during demolition phase.
