This private residence went through multiple iterations before the owners decided upon a final design. As the owner was a construction professional, after production of the construction documents the construction administration was left up to the owner.

Responsibilities included creating architectural models and floor plans from owner sketches and descriptions, coordinating with structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineers and producing finished construction/ presentation documents.
