This building is one of several apartment buildings I have worked on at the firm of Badaly & Badaly Architects.  The client, Stagg Group has built several dozen apartment buildings of this size in the vicinity of this project.  The building is 38,000 sq. ft, 5 stories. and holds 56 dwelling units ranging from studio to 2-bedrooms.  Sustainable materials and solar panels will be incorporated into this building.
