The architectural concept tends to enhance the diversity housing - work who is already present in the district but also inside the plots, in a building. This concept is the combination of a dwelling (duplex) and a box. The entrances of these two entities is done by the same corridor.

A footbridge, spanning the corridor links the first floor of the duplex and the roof of the box, acting terrace.
The box, stretching or contracting, become a small office or a studio could be perfect for a student.
This building is substantially oriented to the courtyard of plot. The facade designed by the accumulation of boxes, making it dynamic, is opposed to the smooth side street frontage.
