This was a proposal sent to an international architectural competition. Our goal was to create a home that would carry the ability to evolve according to the inhabitants needs and after a research on family connections in Ghana. The house would be made of local, re-usable materials, easy to handle and adjustable. The home would be able to be taken apart and recycled if no longer wanted.
Our plan also included a rain water collector and distributor, and a garden grade where cocoa trees or tobacco can be planted in order to financially assist the family inhabiting it.
Our idea basically connected a tetris logic to traditions and nature of Ghana.
