The owner called, and apologetically asked ... "I really hate to insult you, but what can you save from this house in three days?".  Luckily, she didn't understand that her city was backed up with permits, and three days turned into three weeks.  In that time, we saved about 39 tons: all flooring and woodwork, bathrooms, kitchen, systems, even the driveway (23k pavers, thank you very much). 

What an amazing project, and we're quite proud to have been involved.
