New facade thru addition of 3rd level roof deck, wall and spiral stair. Perforated metal folded plates conceal LED lighting, transitioning from ceiling element to upper railing element. Lower deck will have enclosing curtain, providing protected outdoor dining. Upper deck has partial shade structure, framed views.
