I was owner and contractor for this total renovation of a 3200sq.ft. 4 bedroom condominium. Features included, new skylights in the entry and living room, metal sculptures installed inside and out, new landscaping.

The living room art wall was designed from materials (wood, stainless steel, granite tile, paint and gold leaf) used throughout the project, on a grid of fibonacci ratios.- (see final elevation drawing)
