This is a free-standing summer kitchen and entertaining space.  It is designed to match the existing residence which was built in 1936.  It features a wood burning pizza oven, fireplace, sink and Green Egg cooker.  The structural beams are cypress with hand-painted collar ties.  I did the design as well as all the construction documents for this project.  It has won multiple awards, including a Master Design Award from Qualified Remodeler Magazine, and Orlando Area Parade of Homes Design Award.
