This was an addition and remodel of an existing modest residence.  The addition consisted of a new second floor master suite, new garage, new entry and new covered lanai.  The kitchen was relocated to make room for the new stairs.   I did the design, kitchen design, all floor plans, elevation drawings, and all construction documents for the home, including the electrical plans.  This home won an Aurora Award and a Design Award in the Orlando Area Parade of Homes.
