New Construction.  All furniture, rugs, fireplace, cabinets, window treatments, etc had to be shipped to Bermuda, including installers.  Many items for this residence were custom.  This project needed a great deal careful coordination from the design team, architect to the contractors on the island.  Communication was key because of the distance.
